(2) Questioning skills in telephone interviews.

In addition to making preparations in advance and using polite language properly, the most important thing in telephone interview is the reporter's questions. The questioning in the process of telephone interview should be skilful.

① Don't ask too general questions in the telephone interview, so that the other party doesn't know how to answer. During the telephone interview, the other party cannot effectively obtain the feedback of the reporter's body language, which may affect the communication.

② Don't ask common sense questions and layman questions in telephone interviews, or the other party will feel that the reporter knows nothing. If the interviewee answers in many professional terms, the conversation will become intermittent, and the reporter will not be able to obtain key information effectively.

@The questions raised in the telephone interview should not be implied with opinions or attitudes, otherwise it is easy to cause false reports. In the absence of on-site communication, suggestive issues can easily cause misunderstanding.

④ Sensitive topics or sharp questions involved in the telephone interview should be put at the end, so as not to cause the respondent's disgust, dispute, hang up and other situations.
